Virtual Physiological Human NoE Study Group: Multiscale Modelling and Simulation
The Second VPH NoE study group will be held in Barcelona from the 4th - 8th of October 2010 and it will be focused on Multiscale Modelling and Simulation.The event will count with high-caliber invited speakers, including one of our MeDDiCA partners, Dr. Alfons Hoekstra and it is expected that other MeDDiCA partners will participate!
First VPH Conference (VPH2010)
The first meeting organized by the VPH NoE will be held in Brussels, Belgium from the 30th of September to the 1st of October 2010 and is supported by the European Commission ICT for Health / DG Information Society and Media. The Virtual Physiological Human Network of Excellence is an umbrella project representing the Virtual Physiological Human Initiative set up by the European Commission with a budget of ~ 350 million Euros for the Framework 7 Program. The VPH NoE is also responsible for producing a ‘Vision document’ to inform the next calls for the VPH field for FP7, FP8 and for European large infrastructural actions.
